How Our Process Works
Step 1.
Planning
We’ll start by determining your customers’ needs, requirements, and expectations using advanced product quality planning (APQP) tools. Our quality engineer will also use process failure mode effects analysis (PFMEA), gap analysis of current state quality systems, TS-16949 compliance assessments, and quality benchmarking during benchmarking.
Step 2.
Design
Once we’re done planning, we can start designing the product. From error and mistake-proofing systems integration to process validation, we’ll ensure to create a product design that meets your needs. We also take into account quality assurance tooling and equipment design recommendations to minimize defects.
Step 3.
Implementation
This process includes root cause analysis, problem-solving (8D and A3), part containment, and process validation. We’ll also offer operator and management training in core tools. You will also receive continuous improvement and process sustainability training.
