Our Hiring Process
Step 1.
Request Received
The client will share the job description/request with our staffing team
Step 2.
Current TPT associate is deployed
Our staffing coordinators begin work to find the ideal candidate (search. Pre-screen. And discuss the opportunity with the candidate)
Step 3.
Recruiting & screening of potential candidates
The staffing team will then pass along great candidates to the client for review
Step 4.
Candidates are selected by customer
Set up interviews for those the client would like to meet or speak with
Step 5.
Candidates are hired by TPT
Per client expectations, complete background check and drug screening prior to beginning of employment
Flexible Labor Model to Support Your Specific Needs
The Productivity Team offers direct hire staffing solutions with defined schedules & deliverables. Contracted labor is offered for both short or long term engagements or direct placement. We also provide a contract to hire where there is no fee after 6 months of service.
