I work very closely with the company president and key leaders to drive the strategic direction of the company. I also get to do a few sales calls every now and then which I very much enjoy.
How did you get started in business?
I got a job doing sales for a small engineering company in Buffalo NY. I had zero engineering experience at all, but I knew how to work on cars, so they gave me a shot.
What motivates you?
When I was younger it was money but now it is developing leaders
What do you do for fun/spend your free time?
International Hunting and fishing. Especially flyfishing. I’m an automotive enthusiast I have a few exotic and vintage muscle cars
What is the biggest mistake job seekers make?
I will take a recent 3.0 graduate with a few solid internships over a 4.0 student with none. Having experience in a manufacturing environment while still in school is a very big plus
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I always knew I would own a business I just didn’t know what kind until the opportunity presented itself

I’ve visited 6 of the 7 continents but I have never been to Mackinac Island
