My role is to develop new business through building relationships with my clients.  I also enjoy assisting our amazing recruiting team when needed.

I started out my career as a Designer with General Motors (Saturn Corporation).  After being in that business for about 12 years, I was considering moving onto a new career.  After talking with one of my friends that was in the staffing business, he suggested that I consider it as well.  I was reluctant at first, but was eventually hired as a Technical Recruiter, and soon after that I was moved into a Sales role.  I absolutely love what I do, and I never looked backed since the day I started in the industry.

I enjoy working in the yard and being outdoors, spending time with my kids / family, vacationing in Siesta Key - Florida, and watching and attending auto races, Michigan Football, and Hockey games.

Thinking that they’re not a fit for a role that they are interested in just because they don’t meet “all” of the requirements.
