I started off recruiting for talent for a small non-profit organization which grew into grew into operations management, and now Human Resources. What motivates me? I am motivated by my wife and children, as well as the internal challenge to be better than yesterday. What do you do for fun? I love to play in sports leagues, travel the world with my family, and expand my musical palate by listening to music I’ve never heard before. What is the biggest mistake job seekers make? One of the biggest mistakes job seekers make is undervaluing professional feedback. What did you want to be when you grew up? A Veterinarian! Fun Fact? I have traveled to almost every country in the Caribbean Islands. Where did you go to College? Oakland University – Bachelor of Science Biggest Compliment by an employee or a client?
