What is your primary goal?
Creating footprint growth for the company by winning new work and growing long term relationships with clients. I am also responsible for marketing our company and capabilities across multiple media platforms.
How did you get started in business?
I started in the manufacturing industry at Ford in 2000 as a Body Joining Engineer in the Vehicle Operations Manufacturing Engineering organization, then moved on to production operations at various plants.
What motivates you?
Helping clients achieve their goals is the best feeling in the world!
What do you do for fun/spend your free time?
I love boating, gardening and playing golf. I also enjoy skeet and trap shooting, although I don't get to do it as often as I would like. I also love spending time with friends and family whenever possible.
What is the biggest mistake job seekers make?
Job seekers need to think about the career potential at a prospective company and the company culture. If the growth opportunities or culture isn't a good fit for your expectations, look elsewhere.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A doctor

I received an expert marksman qualification when I went to Air Force ROTC training.
