As the Efficiency Lead back then I was invited to the Modaps training program, I discovered a significant gap in the current approach to time studies. Recognizing the potential for improvement, I envision implementing a standardized time study methodology across South Africa. By doing so, we can enhance productivity, reduce waste, and drive efficiency gains in the industry. I'm excited to leverage my expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to bridge this gap and make a meaningful impact on the sector's performance
