- TPT was awarded a strategic partnership contract with GM in 2016. We are GM’s single source engineering partner to support direct and indirect Industrial Engineering requirements for all GM facilities throughout North America
- TPT also provides support to GM for rerates, line balancing, materials optimization and process/productivity initiatives at virtually every GM North America facility

- Vehicle processing and scroll development
- Vehicle rerates and line balancing support
- Material flow, kitting, and Kanban planning/implementation
- Process and productivity improvement initiatives
- Fork truck utilization and optimization studies
- Process validation and process documentation development
